Progress M1-9, also known as Progress 9P, is a Russian automatic cargo transportation craft that was launched by a Soyuz-U rocket from Baikonur at 16:58 UT on 25 September 2002, to deliver food, fuel, and supplies to the International Space Station, ISS. It docked with the Zvezda module of the ISS on 29 September and delivered the material. Prior to the docking, the port was vacated by the earlier Progress-M46, carrying with it trash from the ISS, to deorbit and burn away during re-entry.
