For the USA World Expo in July 2000, we represented the main probes having studied the giant “JUPITER” and its main satellites.
— CALISTO and the comet Hale Bopp which was deflected from its trajectory by Jupiter.
— GALILEO, NASA probe which has been orbiting through the Jupiter system since October 1989.
— ULYSSE - ESA-NASA solar observatory which used Jupiter to increase its speed and twist its trajectory.
— PIONEER 11. departure from KSC on April 5, 1973, crossed the Jupiter System in December 1974 before diving towards Saturn.
— VOYAGER 1 - Departure from KSC on September 6, 1977, crosses the Asteroid belt and transmits marvelous images of Jupiter matched only recently by the Galileo probe.
- PIONEER 10. - Launched from KSC on March 3, 1972, crosses the Asteroid belt between Mars and Jupiter on July 16, 1972 - Crosses the Jupiter satellite system and completes the mission of Pioneer 11.
