Description : On the frame of sheetlet 1 :30 June 1973. During the Solar Eclipse over MAURITANIA supersonic Concorde 01 (prototype) is modified in Solar Observatory. A window is placed on the top of airplane for cameras. Concorde acquires the trajectory of Eclipse over Atlantic and follows it for 80 minutes in supersonic flight; the longest observation of an eclipse ever made.
